The short version: PropEdge is an information and entertainment subscription. We publish statistical projections for sports player props. We are not a sportsbook, we do not take bets, and we never handle money for wagers. Nothing here is a guarantee or financial advice. You must be of legal age to use the service.

1. Who we are

PropEdge ("PropEdge," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at propedges.org and provides a subscription service that publishes statistical projections, probabilities, and analysis for sports player-prop markets. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What PropEdge is — and what it is not

PropEdge is an informational and entertainment service. We publish model-generated estimates.
PropEdge is not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, broker, or settle bets, and we do not hold funds for wagering.
Any decision to place a real-money wager is made by you, on a third-party platform, entirely at your own risk. Your use of any betting platform is governed by that platform's own terms, not ours.
Our projections are estimates based on historical data and modeling. They are not guarantees of any outcome.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account — and at least 21 where 21 is the minimum age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. Sports betting is illegal in some places; do not use our projections to do anything unlawful where you live.

4. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
One account per person. Do not share, resell, or redistribute our projections or any part of the service without written permission.

5. Free trial, subscription, and billing

New accounts include a free trial (currently 3 days). After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (currently $5/month).
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change with notice.

6. No guarantees, no financial advice

Past performance does not predict future results. Our projections, win-rate figures, track records, and "closing line value" statistics describe what happened in the past and may be wrong about the future. Nothing on PropEdge is financial, investment, or betting advice. You alone are responsible for any decisions you make.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its data;
Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We rely on third-party data sources and cannot guarantee they are complete, timely, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropEdge and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any betting, gambling, or financial losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
