The short version: We collect the minimum we need to run your account — your email, a securely hashed password, and your subscription status. We use Stripe to process payments, so we never see or store your full card number. We don't sell your data.

1. Information we collect

Account information: the email address you sign up with and a securely hashed (not plain-text) version of your password.
Subscription information: your trial and subscription status and a customer/subscription identifier from our payment processor. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by us.
Basic technical data: a login session cookie so you stay signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and request times) used to keep the service running and secure.

2. How we use it

To create and manage your account and log you in.
To provide the subscription, process payments through Stripe, and manage trials and renewals.
To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
To contact you about your account or important service changes.

3. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. It is not used for advertising. If you block it, you won't be able to stay signed in.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe, our payment processor, to handle billing. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Service/hosting providers that run our infrastructure.
Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we will delete it except where we must keep limited records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

6. Security

We protect your account with password hashing, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and standard server safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your choices

You can update your email or cancel your subscription at any time.
You can request a copy of your account data or ask us to delete it by emailing us.

8. Children

PropEdge is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
